To Load a Skeleton Credit Note

(Accountant Plus and Financial Controller only)

1.   From the Sage Line 50 toolbar, click Invoicing.

The Invoicing window appears.

2.   Click Product (or SrvCredit).

3.   Open the Edit menu then choose Recall.

The Recall window appears listing all the product (or service) credit notes that you have currently saved as skeletons.

4.   Choose the credit note you wish to load and then click Load.

The details you saved appear automatically in the Credit Note boxes. Note: you can edit these if necessary.

5.   Sage Line 50 automatically enters the next available invoice number and todayÆs date on your credit note for you, but you can amend these if necessary.

6.   You can now save or print your new credit note.

To save your credit note for printing in a æbatchÆ later, click Save. To print it straightaway, click Print. To clear any data you entered and start again, click Discard. To exit and return to the main Invoicing window click Close.
